The MTP-115 Mirror Tube Polisher polishes round tubes, straight or bent, to a mirror finish.

For industries involved in aesthetic fabrication such as truck lightbars, or hand rails, this machine is ideal. Three planetary polishing wheels rotate around the tube. This means that in addition to the mop wheels independently rotating, all three polishing wheels also rotate around the material.

With a capacity from 40mm (1.57″) tube and pipe all the way up to 114mm (4.48″), this machine covers a large range of tube polishing applications.

The MTP-115 Mirror Tube Polisher includes many convenient features which assist the operator in making the use of this machine as simple as it can be. For example, the machine includes both front and back material rests.

Furthermore, these material rests are integrated with a measured scale, allowing extremely quick and simple adjustment. By simply loosening a locking handle, you can select the size of material you are using, and be sure that this material will now lay perfectly central to the rotating wheels.

Another convenient feature of this machine is the semi-automatic application of buffing soap. Simply load your bar of soap into the dispenser, and with a press of a foot pedal, a quantity of soap will be dispensed onto all three wheels.

As always, operator safety is of utmost concern in fabricating. Because of this, a large CE compliant emergency stop is installed at the front of the machine, and is much easier to activate than a regular emergency stop button. Also, self-levelling feet improve the machines stability, helping to reduce any vibrations.

Additionally to soap application, operation of the rest of the machine is also activated with foot pedals.
