Descriptions

Primarily used for graining, finishing and polishing Stainless Steel. A standard handheld grinder rotates against the grain and causes swirles on flat stainless steel surfaces across the grain. The SE17-200 RT has a 100mm long 19mm keyed shaft which when used with a variety of abrasive mops, wheels and belts rotates with the grain and can be used to remove welding seams and blemishes to blend materials back to thier original state.

By using Metabo Sticky shim tape it is possible to finish or grain materials such as stainless steel box or angle that are joined at 90 degree creating a mitre. The tape is applied at the joint line allowing one side to be finished without damaging the side where the grain is 90 degree adjacent.
