Hypertherm 420412 HyAccess extended gouging nozzle is used in conjunction with HyAccess 420408 extended electrode and 420413 retaining cap These consumables can be used with the Hypertherm duramax range of torches on the powermax 65, powermax 85 or powermax 105, they can also be used with older hypertherm power sources (Powermax 600/800/900/1000/1250/1650 and Max 42/43) that have been retrofitted with a new Duramax plasma cutting torch, the consumables can be used between 15 and 65 amps.

Hyaccess consumables are extended versions of the standard plasma cutting and gouging consumables and are designed to be used in hard-to-reach applications. Hyaccess consumable add approx. 75mm to the length of the nozzle and electrode combination.
