The Hypertherm powermax 125 is a 125 amp plasma cutter that can be used in either Hand or Mechanised cutting operations. Both the plasma power source and the vast array of Duramax Hyamp cutting torches are 100% rated for continued use to cope with the most demanding applications.

This Hypertherm package has a part number 059532 which comprises of the Power source and mains lead, 7.6m work return lead (earth), CPC remote port, voltage divider card, RS 485 serial port and 7.6 metre 180 degree machine cutting torch.

This plasma cutter has a maximum cutting capacity of 57mm and a recommended cutting capacity of 44mm when edge cutting or 25mm capacity when piercing using a mechanised XY table, which gives a superb finish on 25mm plate.

New Duramax Hyamp torch styles provide versatility for hand cutting, portable automation, x-y table cutting, and robotic cutting and gouging. Smart Sense technology automatically adjusts the gas pressure according to cutting mode and torch lead length. It also detects electrode end-of-life, automatically turning off power to the torch to prevent potential damage to other parts or the workpiece.
