DIMAKIN’s Ring Roller manual range is entry level to the biggest range of section benders in the world.

The Ring Roller RM-602 is the next step up from its smaller counterpart, the Ring Roller RM-502. Following its predecessor, these machines are extremely user-friendly and the most economical way of roll bending a wide variety of profiles. Much like all roll benders in the Ring Roller range, the top roll position is manually adjusted with a linear scale for good repeatability.

Additionally, there are also locking nuts to secure the top roll position, further ensuring repeatability in single pass production runs.

Unlike some suppliers, DIMAKIN section benders come with standard tooling.

Similarly to its lower capacity counterpart, the Ring Roller RM-602 has two driven lower rolls. The Ring Roller series’ simplicity and reliability ensures that apprentices through to experienced workers will also easily maximise its capabilities. Lastly, both horizontal and vertical working positions ensure that even in the smallest work-spaces, the Ring Roller RM-602 profile bender will have its place.
