High quality 5356 grade aluminium TIG welding wire. Contains 5% magnesium.

5356 is a widely used welding alloy and can be classified as a general-purpose filler alloy.

It is typically chosen because of its relatively high strength.

Corrosion resistance is very good especially in a marine atmosphere.

Typical all weld metal composition - Si <0.25%, Mn 0.15%, Cr 0.1%, Fe <0.4, Mg 5.0, Al bal.

Melting Range 560-630°c
